1. Which courier do you use?
We work with many couriers. We will notify you which courier your order will be shipped.
2. What are the costs of the shipping?
It depends on the volume of the goods you ordered and the final destination.
After you place an order, we will check how many parcels that will be, and notify you what are the costs.
Shipping costs will be added to your proforma/ invoice.
3. Do I get the tracking number?
We will send you tracking number after your goods are shipped.
4. What is the delivery time?
Depends on, which country you are from. We will keep you updated.
5. Can I organize shipping on my own?
Yes, you can. Just send an email to partner@lingeriepartner.com.

6. How to make an order?
Browse our products clicking on the title of each category.
Find your products, brand, size and colour.
Check photos for more details.
Select your sizes and colours, and add it to basket.
Browse other products or place your order.
7. Are the prices net?
Yes. Prices are net wholesale.
8. Do I pay VAT?
If you have valid VAT EU international number - 0% VAT.
If you do not have valid VAT EU international number - 23% VAT.
Orders from customers registered outside of EU are not subject to VAT.
9. What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order (for now we are testing it among customers, there may be a change and it might be a minimum purchase).
10. Can I download and use the photos of the items I purchase?
Click on the photos to download.
11. I am not a business, can I make purchases?
No, we only sell to those who have a valid VAT number.
12. Can I leave my items in the basket? Are they going to be after I login again?
Yes. You can leave items in your basket and they are going to be in the basket when you login again.
13.Can I change or remove items in my order?
Contact our customer service and we will help you.
14. What is the status of my order?
To check status of your order, login and go to "My account". The link is in the upper right corner at the top.

16. Who can start working with Lingerie Partner?
We sell to retailers, store chains, online stores, boutiques, lingerie stores, retailers, online stores and wholesalers.
Are you manufacturer or distributor?
We are looking for cooperation with manufacturers and suppliers of lingerie and fashion.

17. Connect to your Shop by XML
Step 1. In the upper left corner, click on "XML file" or in the upper right corner in "Register".
Step 2. You will move to the registration form in which you must complete all fields. Remember to indicate that you want to receive an XML file.
Step 3. Your application is sent to the Store Administrator, who will send you an XML file via e-mail and will be sent every time something changes in the file.

18. How can I pay?
By bank transfer.
The order is confirmed upon receiving your payment.
With a bank transfer it usually takes 2-5 working days.

19. Are there any discount codes?
Yes, occasionally there are discount codes. It will be sent to your email address with a newsletter.
20. When my order will be sent?
When we receive the payment, your order will be sent. We will keep you updated.

22. What advantages do I get if I subscribe to the newsletter?
By subscribing to the newsletter you receive updates on new products and new collections.
We will also send you information about our offers and personal promotional codes to use in our catalogue.
By setting up an account you will automatically subscribe to our newsletter.
23. How can I receive your newsletter?
After registering / logging in, go to the "My Account" tab and there in NEWSLETTER. Select the required consents and "Subscribe me to the newsletter". At any time, you can unsubscribe from the list of subscribers using the same tab.
24. I have forgotten my password.
If you have forgotten your password, go to "LOG IN" and click on" Forgot Password?". You will need to make a new password. To confirm the new password, you must click on the link sent to you via email.
25. How do I change my email?
Yes, you can change the email address.
